reasons given for taking Saddam out, one begins to see that charges against Saddam are somewhat trumped up

"Trumped up"? This remark is nothing short of absurd. Ridiculous.

Saddam has violated 17 resolutions, some of which were preconditions to us stopping the Gulf War. He cannot account for over 2 million tons of chemical agent he is banned from having, along with thousands of liters of biological agent. He's killed well over a million people; over 4 million people have left the country as refugees; he compensates families of Palestinian murderers for committing suicide bombings; he is one of a few (IF there are any others) who has actually USED WMD.

Your remark is so stupid I have no choice but to ignore you again.
