Alfranco, you must have been reading my mind. I spent the most time talking to David Strand and got a chance to shake Mr.Ohta hand. Mr. Ohta said the DVD market meaning (blue laser) have a lot more room to grow its still a growing market(i belive he meant other things like DVD books ect.). GE wants to make production model machine for blue laser Technology rather them old DVD disks I belive that's why their waiting. I ask Mr. Strand about smaller disks size and calimets different depth pits disks if their would be a problem making them on the new machine the answer was "no". Sony's name came up as a company that was looking at their machine The Blue laser will be a great product but a piece of dust on the disk can cause more problems then with the old DVD disks with red laser. They had a working disk made from the test machine their GE and Ovonic label on it and Mr. Ohta played disk a Ovonic company presentation. The clean room has been working only one shift but will be put to more increased use. The cognitive computer and (OUM I belive?)will be worked on. The cognitive computer is made of thin film dwmeldrum ,on Yahoo, said it can be stacked. Other Information from main meeting.)
