If more of the world would actually Iraq’s disarmament their focus, then maybe we could see an end to this.

What does "disarm" mean? It seems to be some sort of empty rhetoric chosen because it can arbitrarily be said that it is never accomplished, especially when no evidence is considered as proof of no disarming. No thinking person is interested in protesting Junior's word games.
