If I were part of this insider trading deal I would buy the units with warrants attached and sell the stock into the market or even short the stock. I would hold onto the warrants and hope that they trade in the $0.80 - $2.00 range. If I already owned substantial shares at a lower price I would be cashing out the old stock and taking on the new ones. That way I would have no cash invested but very significant upside potential. Why didn't they call me the long suffering shareholder with news of this private placement. George Orwell had it right...."All animals are equal, some animals are more equal than others."
