If it wasn't for the CBS lead story tonight i don't think i would have known this major development(imo) had even happened, i in brief search can not find the story elsewhere. Go to this webpage and click where it says "video" for "U.N.Inspectors BLAST U.S Tips"--i had fine reception with just my 56modem:) a must see in my opinion cbsnews.com
it is about how Blix and the inspectors savaged the U.S. for sending them on wild goose chase after wild goose chase, that every single "hot tip" was found to be without any foundation.
They also did the math, and the missile in question has a 93mile range without it's guidance system and with it's guidance system has a range of 80 miles, and stated the U.S.estimates that Iraq has missiles of between 150mile to 800 mile range to lacking any proof.
It was even stated the the inspectors would go home of basis of no evidence of U.S. charges but remain only because they know their presence is the only thing keeping U.S. from going to war.
i ask why am not catching to story elsewhere??????
This the third time CBS has been ahead of everybody--they broke the "Operation Shock and Awe" Story even before the NYT.
