That's highly educated Afghan friends, both doctors, one a general practioner and the other a surgeon. Both fled Afghanistan in the 80s and have some family still living in the country. Both have been heaviy involved in helping deliver medical aid to Afghan refugees in Pakistan for many years now. Their opinion is an informed one, imo. What then, if my Afghan sources don't count for anything in your view, might be your more "credible" sources?
