JRH, The street seems to like their approach. WMB makes to very clear that they will survive by selling assets that are in high demand like oil and gas properties and pipelines. EP is taking the opposite approach by selling non-core assets in a market that no one wants to buy. The picture that is clear is that WMB and EP both have very liquid assets and they can survive if they choose to sell the family jewels. Looks like the street like the WMB plan over the EP plan, but I suspect EP will benefit today from the WMB presentation. I picked up some CNP today on the dip and may pick up some WMB if it dips back. I hate to buy WMB close to 4, since it looks like they may have problems breaking through? Jim
