BR,DVN,EOG, APC and APA tend to be on the short list for institutional buyers. They may already own some. I expect these names will lead, and smaller caps follow. Another item that could help the E&P sector would be an acquisiton. VPI might be it- see the chart just posted. BR has been rumoured more times than almost any other stock.
