I've seen TKTX, OAKT and PLUM go to points I thought they'd hit, all within 2 cents of my guesstimates. The COMP, too, if it stays beneath 1355.
It's a very tough call now. I can draw a channel with perfect parallel lines from here, suggesting we peaked.
On the other hand, I can redraw a channel from important points that would permit a one-day rise Monday, to 1380.
What I can't do is make a compelling argument that prevents a war beginning by 3/17, which is 3 weeks from Monday.... when I anticipate being down below 1150 (or 200 points down in 15 days)
Thus, I can take no risks on Monday unless I hedge with an equal share of some oil or gold stock. Safer yet is to hold nothing, which is my choice, even though I still find TKTX, PLUM and AYE intriguing. I'll be out before the close. |
