Talking about management not caring about the investor, actually the manager since the owner/inventory/board is one person, this one person gets I beleive .05/lb of dough sold, part of his patent deal w/ the co..normally I think this would be part of the company's patent assets but not in this case. So, regardless how the company performs, the inventor gets his profits. After reading this I decided not to buy in - which is too bad as I think they make the best pizza I ever tasted.
