Rob Carrick gets it. Should we be pleased? Yes and no. His article in the G and M may bring more doubters into the sector, and I would regard these as competition. I know higher unit prices are gratifying to holders, but it's making it harder to reinvest distributions. My stink bid for AE today must have stunk the place out and driven the price up. Is there anything still cheap out there?
