Don't disagree, unfortunately waiting for confirmation in many cases can leave a lot of profits on the table. This is really true in gold stocks. Other times it can save your bacon. Somewhat of a dichotomy.

The best crossover signals I have found in a more LT sense are the PPO and slow stochs. I have back tested several times and don't know that I have ever seen this combination fail. Discovered via a board tip somewhere. Ebay 'appears' all but ready to cross. I look at the rate of change of the height of the sticks on the ppo, and if what is going on is too my liking, I often anticipate.

Ebay chart demonstrates all of these points very well.

If I anticipate and am correct, as I hope to be in Ebay, I pile it on. And that is my plan here. Imo if Ebay crosses over, as I assume it well, it is a long trip down. When said crossovers occur above 80 on the slow stoch and at a relative high PPO, the trip down is usually a fairly long one.

It is yet to be determined but there could many more Ebay put contracts in store for me.
