This one didn't run up more than 15% this week, but would suggest that all take a look at it. The stock is Versicor(VERS). Scheduled for the coming week is the final merger with the Italian firm, giving them total control of their drugs on a worldwide basis. Also coming in the next few weeks are Phase III results and NDA filing(Ihope). Also, one has to think that the medical community needs new drugs in their area of work. My best friend recently lost her mother to a hospital infection and the recent data I've seen is that this problem is a major issue with hospital patients. With the merger that concludes in the coming week, VERS will have three drugs in Phase III development. Yes! I own the stock in my personal portfolio.
