Lee,

Thanks for attempting to help. I'm trying to convince myself that I'm not the most dense person on the planet, but that may not be the case.

When I follow your instructions (identical to the response I got from cuserv at Equis) I get this error message: "Add or change would duplicate an existing security."

When I open the folder that I want DELL to be in, the name and symbol appear, but without data. If I delete the symbol and start over with your instructions, I get the same error message. I must be missing a step, but I sure can't figure out what it is. Any more ideas? Thanks!

Ken
