The long consolidation makes me suspicious of the larger bullish count. Its giving bulls too good a chance to hop on and bears to easy a time to hop off IMO, doesn't usually happen that way during these bear rallies. But on the DOW it is sharp enough to give it credibility as a '2' down.

I find bears cautious here, but still a wee bit eager.
