We are now identifying the major milestones and mandatories. I have worked on projects that unfolded like this in the past. The Manager became a Project Manager next time and everybody continually asked for a definition of success. Remember after several attempts George W. Bush defined success as Disarmament. THis is what is haunting him. He thought he was getting permission for a invasion and war. All he really got was permission to pursue disarmament with tactics and sppecifics to be identified later.
