The gradual infiltration of capitalism in China starting in the 70's with Nixon, then Kissinger Associates moving in to rep major conglomerates wanting to do business there. Now China is the ONLY growing economy in the world. North Korea meanwhile cannot even feed its people. The infiltration of capitalism into a poor communist country has been proven to work. We should try it in Cuba too. If it weren't for the right-wing Miami Cubans we would have a long time ago and Cuba would be semi-free now. Everyone would benefit. In time the Koreas could even merge again, but not until we get into that country, have dialogues and yes even bribe them a bit to let us take part in their capitalization.
Dont tell me I don't know what I'm talking about. Bushies now are sliding right back to the old Clinton formula. In time it can work. But it's a gradual process.
