Shell Oil has the best clean fuels programs. Also buy a high-mileage car or better hey a hybrid. And drive less. These people with the SUV's are now paying through the nose for gas. Adds thousands to the cost of those vehicles. This whole high oil price period under Bush is a massive hidden tax on Americans of all stripes. Carter always got slammed for this but Teflon Bush never does.
