While igniting fireworks inside a building is rather stupid, nobody did it with the intention of hurting anyone.
It's certainly good for a manslaughter charge, though. Maybe 2nd degree murder.

Its just too damn bad that someone is going to have to live with the deaths of 96 people on their conscience when the intent on everyones part was just to have a good time.
You can have a good time without setting off fireworks inside a building.

According to news reports, this band had been doing this at its gigs for at least a month. And without telling the club management they were going to.

I can see why they wouldn't tell them. What manager would agree to it?

Look, this is crazy and reckless. The guys in that band deserve what happens to them. The people in the nightclub didn't.
