The US chose not to give humanitarian aid to Iraq. What dissemblers such as you leave out of the equation is the fact Iraq hoped to get sanctions lifted as reciprocity for complying and cooperating with UN inspections. Of course this hasn't happened because THE LIE of this century is the US wants to help the Iraqi people.
