That's true, and the bull market in stocks went a long long way since 1998. When it comes to emerging markets, it's always risky. Russia is benefitting from high oil price, and there is indeed some stability. All debt? it's a bit overoptimistic, since there is more than 100 billion of debt. A lot of that debt is due soon, that's what I hear. In general, I'm not sure what will happen in the event of a market collapse here in the US. When it comes to emerging markets, they go up fast, but they do come down fast as well.
Still, some position in LETRX does not hurt.
