I will take a look for sure ... dude, just spent 2-1/2 hours watching Muholland Drive with my old lady, have no farking idea what that movie is about ... do you know a company called GTEC (Genesis Technology Group) ... biz.yahoo.com The proposed transaction shall take place no later than April 30, 2003 and is subject to shareholder approval. The transaction is subject to closing conditions and the execution of a definitive purchase agreement. $15 million divided by 31.5 million shares means 50 cents (approximate) a share - GTEC was trading at 16.5 cents a share on Friday !!! April 30 is approximately 2 months from now, so in 2 months, they are going to go from 16.5 cents to 50 cents, is it a gamble worth taking ??? can you tell me what I am missing here ...
