I guess for me this is just not as black and white and issue as it is for others. 96 people are dead and nobody intended for that to happen. It was a stupid thing to do but I'm not sure putting anyone in the slammer is going to equal justice. Normally I'm pretty straight and to the point about stuff like this. For some reason (and let me make this clear - I think Great White totally sucks) I'm having a harder time coming to judgement with this issue. Its hard to view either the band members or club owners as murderers. This is less about law and more about people and human life for me. You've known me long enough to know that I don't always view things that way. I can't put my finger on why I feel this is different....I just do. In any event I don't think the legal system will agree with my POV and someone or even several people are going to be stoned by society for a terribly tragic accident. I know I'm being weak on this issue but its really what I feel.
