Let me use an example and try to illustrate why the world needs a BSD
It took one year for the airline industry in the US to get back to the level (excepting profits) of what it was on 9-10 -01
There are 900 airlines in the world and regular scheduled airline flights have increased by 25,554 flights per week
in the past year.Low cost flights have increased by 120% in the last year
If Terrorists obtain the weapons ( they have a few, and tried to shoot down an Israeli aircraft) to shoot down airliners it would devastate not only our economy but that of the world.
( goodby to Las Vegas, Hawaiin vacations, resorts, golf course attendance,transatlantic flights, the Dell company and Boeing)
Something had to be done, and the first thing is to eliminate terrorists. OBL and a few others
had already declared war on all Christians- all non-Muslims.
I completely agree that politics have everything to do with the entire situation with one exception.
GWB is not going to let the UN , or France, or anyone else prevent us from taking out the terrorists where they live and stop rogue nations from supporting them. They stakes are way to high.
Silly would be to wait a year for France or the UN to actually do something ( whatever they please, I guess, like ask the US for help)

We are are using terror against the terrorists. At this time I want GWB to appear to be an unstoppable BSD determined to eliminate any terrorist at any cost.

Its the only way the UN has gotten so far as it has , to have the US camped on Saddams doorstep with an
unrelenting commitment to take him out if he does not disarm. To have the US introduce resolution 1441.
