Do you think this could be because of the inventory TQNT has built up (they said they would do this so that they could ensure customers of the chips they need)? Inventories were $13.8mm at the end of June and estimates are for $19.5mm revenues in Q3 whereas inventories were $11.3mm at end of March and they did $18.5mm revenues. $18.5 + (13.8-11.3) = $21mm of chips they produced last quarter... Assuming TQNT keeps inventories even this quarter (they could be down, but who knows???), they would only have to produce $19.5 (the Q3 estimate) worth of chips and therefore not have to work as hard to do it (especially so if you assume they are getting more efficient in the new fab as time goes on). What do you think?

On another subject, I am a little confused as TQNT said they are 90% booked for Q3, up from 87% a quarter ago (for Q2) yet their book:bill was somewhat lower. They also pointed to customer shipments being pushed out. They are basically saying; our visibility is less and our bookings are down but we have a better % of next quarter's revenues "booked." This is confusing.

Any help??

BTW, could you help me out with explaining what exactly a "coffee boy" is? I understand its a TQNT connection but what does that mean the connection is? I am not asking you to reveal your source, just trying to figure out what type of role this person(s) has at TQNT.....
