I used to be a tree-hugging liberal. I've swung pretty far toward the middle now because of my stance toward Iraq. You simple can't discuss peace with a group of people who don't care if they die.

I'm still adamantly pro-choice. I support most republican tax plans. I still hold on to some of my dem beliefs that the govt SHOULD help people who REALLY need it. But I'm tired of getting my taxes raised just because 'I can afford it". (gawd...I think I might be a Libertarian now....D'OH).

I think Saddam needs to be shown who has the biggest stick on the playground. The 'educated' portions of the 'arab street' have realized that if you play NICELY with the US, you make money. The PRNK is next. They scare the crap out of me a lot more than Saddam.
