It is awfully simple minded to conclude that because we're dealing with Iraq first the administration believes it to be the "greatest" threat. There are numerous other factors that are involved in this determination.

The administration believes a lot of things that it has has difficulty proving. WMD? Empty cannisters. Buildings where WMD are produced? Inspectors find nada and no evidence there was any WMD there in the first place. Top intelligence commentary presented by Powell? Turns out to be the doctoral thesis of a Ph.D candidate in California. Links to al Qaeda? Yeah, in the North with the Kurds....the enemy of Saddam, or the al Qaeda operative who was supposed to be in Bagdad, but now its not for sure, or the Iraqi gov't rep who met with al Qaeda in the Czech Rep. but now denied by Czech intelligence.

I could go on and on.......why bother, you don't care really. You want an unAmerican war at any cost, the UN process be damned!
