TO ALL: Read thru the past 7 days of this thread and pretend you do not have a vested interest (I do). Nearly all chat comes from 6 or so sources and collectively shows either extreme paranoia and panic (very over-invested and emotionally involved) or very busy shorters. I made (and took) good profits when gift went from 5 to 10, so I can stand a little heat now. But, really? I just printed out alot of the chat I am chatting about to send to my broker as a lesson in how not to invest and how not to react.
In truth, the fate of the stock, the patent, and all your many fortunes lie in the hands of Mr Fink and Judge Jones and there is simply not one thing you can do to effect that outcome. You can buy more, you can sell some or all of what you have now...that's it.
I asked quite some time ago if anyone knew the date of the next hearing, if it is set, etc. I never got an answer. Is there one? And to you, David Andry: you claim that Fink's office is but 2 blocks away and you haven't already dropped in???? That's more than weird. I live in Dallas: pager prairie...and before I would buy Pagenet, Cellstar, Cyrix, etc....I would be in their front door with every piece of info possible. I can't do that with companies far away, but I do like research. I thought this thread would be that, but it seems to have disintegrated into caniballistic grafitti.
