There is no disagreement, FROM ANYONE, that Iraq has 2,000,000 tons of chemical agent, and tens of thousands of liters of biological agent. If you disagree about this, please state the basis for it.

They have it, it is incumbent upon them to destroy it and document the destruction, and Hans Blix has clearly stated that the evidence is that such items HAVE NOT been destroyed.

So what exactly is the basis for your position? That the Iraqis should not be made to account for these items because they've done a good job of hiding them?
