There, or thereabouts. In the current chickensh*t environment, it might, absurdly, just be enough.

CAT can offer more stock, but only so much before it trashes the stockprice further. A cash element might help, but would leave them vulnerable to burn.
Unless OGS shareholders have a little vision, they'll probably sell out at around (say?) $4 cash...
