false
1. not true; incorrect; wrong
2. untruthful; lying

You suggested I had libeled Wolanchuk. In order to have libeled Wolanchuk, I would have to say something that is false. I pointed out that Wolanchuk's 1999 claim that he KNEW that a Valence battery would be in Motorola's next generation cellphone was false. Since it is now 2003 and Motorola has introduced several next generation cellphones since 1999 without Valence batteries, it is clear that Wolanchuk's claim was false, and my characterization of his claim as false is true. Since what I said is true, it is not libel. By your own definition.

Therefore, your suggestion that I libeled Wolanchuk is false. This false suggestion could possibly damage my reputation. I would submit your false characterization that I libeled Wolanchuk is a lot closer to libel than my true characterization of Wolanchuk's 1999 claim regarding Valence batteries in Motorola cellphones.

Perhaps you should follow your own advice.
