Does E&P decouple from OSX here ?

If oil people are scared to drill, they won't bid up prices for oil services. Not drilling does not fix the supply problem. The only thing that gets fixed is the E&P balance sheets.

So does E&P debt get paid down first, Iraq uncertainty get resolved, and THEN OSX moves up again - meanwhile, E&Ps should be making lots of money....

That temperature anomaly map looks really cold, especially where there are big populations. Canada looks to be really hard hit the next two weeks.
