Re: War Expectations. I think something that is really different about the upcoming GWII impact on the market from the GWI is that back then we had no fear of reprisal and danger to our homeland. This time there is a reasonable probability that once the war starts there will be serious terrorist attacks here at home. With that thought in mind, the idea that soon after the start of the war the market will rebound up seems to me to be a very low probability event. There are many economic issues that are entirely different this time. So Bum, your high cash strategy seems correct, and I am sure you will be cautious about your entry points until the TA gives the "all clear" sign. Right!! Best to all, JRH
