I admit Canada has a better health care system than Pago-Pago and Mali, but have you talked to any Canadian Doctors lately? Or someone who has a had a relative die of Cancer unnecessarily? If 100% of Doctors are unsatisfied, and there are ample complaints from users, whose lack of emergency and other care has had tragic results, and the cost structure of the system is provably inordinate, then the word "best" has a hollow ring. I don't really think people in the USA, Switzerland and Norway are markedly worse off. EC<:-}
