He may not. But there ARE 2,000,000 lbs. of chemical material and 10,000s of liters of biological material that we KNOW he had, has now disappeared, and there is no evidence to suggest he destroyed it. My guess it is hidden underground somewhere (if you didn't see 60 Minutes tonight, it was truly interesting. This guy they had on talked about huge underground tunnels, etc., where some of this stuff is stored).
The people of Iraq don't trust us, and I can see why. At the end of the '91 war we encouraged an uprising then weren't there to support them, and a lot Iraqis ended up dead. But I believe after they're liberated, we're going to find mass graves, huge caches of WMD, and a lot of horror stories.
I am very happy to admit I'm wrong (on the rare occasion that I am), and I'm also willing to grant you that I could be this time.
