Ownstock, based on what I have read it appears to me that the baby Bells will be impacted the most and will continue with little or modest capx spending. It would seem this would be negative for the likes of LU, NT, and JDSU. CSCO would appear to be the least impacted of the large equipment makers and should prosper the best, whatever that means in this market. Maybe it is time to look hard at AT&T. Their wireless and long distance business is doing reasonably well and with the demise of WCOM I suspect that they will only get stronger. Eddie
