Market Bottom Authorized 022403 1am EST- Fyi- You can all start buying now. The NAZ is approaching another very serious test of it's 200 ma after failing it twice in just the last 3 months. The fact it is rebounding so quickly & testing the 200ma shows the market's growing strength. If it penetrates and fails again which is possible since the 50ma will be tested too, there will NOT be severe repercussion..as it will likely consolidate around 1300 for a while. However, I give it a full 50% chance that it will pop these MA's over the next 2 weeks, and you will not ever see this level again in history. While I don't expect the impending war to particularly upset the dynamic here, successful terrorist attack could..but only if it happens soon.. otherwise it will be a retracement on the way up. -Jason P.S. The fact others have called bottoms and been humorously wrong does NOT mean that I will be. Although, it is true my IQ hovers around 80 or so even when listening to Mozart. P.S.S It would be unfair to interpret my message as a 50% chance it will go up and a 50% chance it will go down. Rather, a 50% this is the friggin' bottom so many bulls have been waiting, a 45% chance the friggin' bottom so many bulls have been waiting is still another month or two away after more consol around 1300, and a 5% chance (much higher than normal)..that either a terrorist or extreme war act will totally upset the apple cart (that's techie speak for stochastic weekly)
