Interesting that Scooter Libby's name is never mentioned. (Remember how much publicity Bill Kristol got in the same job.) Is he publicity-shy?

yes. I think the difference in the attention he and Kristol attract is based partly on personality, but more on the bosses involved. People knew who Kristol was because he was "Dan Quayle's brain." Cheney himself is such an obvious force that there's no need to look behind him for a puppeteer pulling the strings.
