Last night, had an interesting chat. I set up a conference call, and had friends (1 each) from UK, France, Germany, Bahrain, India, Australia.

What was interesting was that my friend from Bahrain said along the lines of "we (the world) have to do whatever it takes to get rid of the menace called Saddam in Iraq".

All the others, said in some form or the other "we need to have UN approval, and lets not hurry"

My Bahraini friends response was "you wait for UN approval, you might as well go home, and not do anything."

I thought "so much for Anti-war Arab street opinion"!!
