CGCP up 30% pre open...CGCP announced that an independent panel review of the scientific dispute in connection with the Company's pending PMA application for its Percutaneous Myocardial Revascularization (PMR) System has been granted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The review will be conducted by the FDA's Medical Devices Dispute Resolution Panel (MDDRP), independent experts authorized to adjudicate and resolve scientific disputes between an applicant and the FDA.
