Ben: I am familiar with the firm (First Dallas Securities) here in Dallas and know that they follow the company very closely. FWIW, I also know that they have been recommending it for quite a while. IMHO: The networking sector has gone through quite a change over the last several years. There are many very good small companies out there with great balance sheets and great products. However, I believe that more and more companies who are purchasing new networking technology will stick with the large, one stop, companies (CSCO, etc.). What we need is for some large player to OEM ODSI's new products and we might have something, otherwise I'm not real optimistic for strong growth for the future. I am long the stock at an avg. cost of 16 1/2, so I will be here for a while. Just my opinion. Any comments? RB Smith
