Not easy to do in a heavily built-up area- unless you use the Soviet "Budapest 1956" approach of leveling every structure.

The point isn't that we would suffer anything like Soviet-scale casualties. Rather, it's that we shouldn't base our expectations on the 1991 Gulf War.
