TUNE doin' a DCB on some patent suit news>

announced that it obtained a favorable ruling on Friday, February 21, 2003 in its patent infringement lawsuit against Broadcom Corporation in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Sherman Division. Federal Judge Paul Brown denied all of the summary judgment motions filed by Broadcom Corporation. The patent infringement case, filed by Microtune against Broadcom in January 2001, is now scheduled for jury selection on March 3, 2003, and opening arguments on March 10, 2003.

I hope the XTRN-V-TRIB suit doesn't take this long, but they usually do...
