I have heard her, but couldn't recall her sound. And as you predicted, the Norah site is so swamped, can't get connected. It does give us hope that such a one as Norah Jones could sweep so many awards. I listen to the radio and hear someone called JaRule shouting unintelligibly while JLo sings some insipid chorus in reply and think "what the heck is this?!!!" I still haven't figured it out.
