Mark: I would say that was pretty well-written: he's explained the problems, outlined the coming quarters, noted that cash-flow is sufficient, told us why the shelf-registrations and stock-issue were needed, and now he says that '97 should return with a bang. We all hope he's right and, for those of us who bought into this company for the long-term, all we can do now is to wait and see if it all works out. Personally, I think he's right: I believe that '96 is going to be a difficult year for the tech sector in general and I think it will pay to hold on for next year. Thanks for the posting.
