This is interesting.

According to guarded.net , Tom McNeight is still on the FSTW BoD.

"McNeight serves on the boards of several strong technology companies including Extreme Logic, Forescout and FirstWave Technologies."

Here's a blurb from an Extreme Logic news item:
"Kellum also took great pains in choosing board members, such as the signing on last January of Tycho Howle, founder of Harbinger Corp., and retired Internet Security Systems Inc. executive Tom McNeight."
atlanta.bizjournals.com

McNeight is also listed as being on the FSTW BoD here:
"Mr. McNeight currently serves on the Board of Directors of FirstWave, Inc."

So ... why isn't he on the FSTW BoD list?

Apparently he was on the BoD of both FSTW and Extreme Logic when the $900,000 .NET framework deal between FSTW & Extreme Logic was announced. But, there was no reference made to that particular detail. Sounds fishy.

He became CEO of GuardedNet on 7/29/2002. At that time, he was still a member of the FSTW BoD (or so it says):
"McNeight serves on the boards of several strong technology companies including Extreme Logic, Forescout and FirstWave Technologies."

The FSTW/Extreme Logic partnership was announced on 8/12/2002:
