This sounds like a whine to me....

There are several issues to ponder here.
(1) The pure investment necessary that will come out of west European pockets, just like it happened with Portugal and Greece when they first became members of the Union
(2) The business that will desert west-EU for the eastern countries that have less restrictions and lower costs of production.

Where has Europe (and the ECB) been with the US when other countries in the Far East and South America have "had less restrictions and lower costs of production" than American goods/services.???
