the conservatives and neoconservatives are in agreement about spending lots of money on lots of fancy military stuff; where they disagree is over when to use it and what should come afterward. Compare Cheney's rhetoric (such as it is) with Wolfowitz's, and you'll see the difference: have you ever heard any indication that Cheney is interested in democracy anywhere, abroad or at home?
