I agree with this statement. Who is supposed to supply the WMD for them to inventory and destroy?

As of 1998, UN inspectors had destroyed 96% of Iraq's WMD.

Assuming your numbers are correct, are you saying that the remaining 4% isn't enough to worry about? Are you guaranteeing that all of the WMD's were found prior to 1998, and no additional WMD's have been made? How do you know this?

My point, which you apparently completely miss, is that disarmament can only truly work one of two ways. Peacefully if Iraq voluntarily disarms, or violently with military troops (if Iraq chooses not to disarm). You seem to think there is some middle ground, and there simply isn't. Stringing it out only allows Iraq more time to prepare more WMD either for use or for sale.

But feel free to disagree. That is one of the luxuries we have here.
