C,

Canada actively exported Candu reactors for energy production in the world and still would -> still does.

Go to the ultra right-wing FAS site:

fas.org

Compare their Nuke club and almost nuke club to the Candu customer list:

nuclearfaq.ca

The US exports weapons. So does Canada (including that fun episode of developing and trying to export a super-gun to Sadaam back in '90-'91).
The US has nuclear power production. So does Canada.
The US makes nuclear bombs. Your point? I hope its not to say that makes it ok for everyone. Like saying a democracy is morally equivalent to a Stalinist dictatorship or something?

The US used nuclear bombs. Twice, in partnership with what two countries? Who actively particpated in the development of them and the decision to drop them.

Gimme a break Sure :-)
